The lovely location and beautiful views means pedestrian access to the property is via a sloping pathway (23 meters with a 12.5deg gradient) and some steps, which would make it unsuitable for any guests with mobility issues.
Although the property is mainly on one level, there are four internal steps.
Roadside parking may be available close by with loading and unloading possible. Please be courteous to others at all times. There is a village car park approximately 400 meters away: 4 day & weekly parking permits can be purchased at the Tourist Information Office. Permits can be used in Lynton as well as Lynmouth car parks.
For online groceries, Sainsbury's, Asda & Morrisons currently all deliver to Lynmouth View.
Local food shopping is at the Londis and Costcutter in Lynton: both open late in season.
